# Calendar and timetable

> Connect your timetable, plan study blocks and add events.

The calendar shows your classes, study blocks, deadlines and shifts in one place.

## Connect your timetable

Paste the iCal or ICS link from your school, and your classes stay up to date by themselves.

**1. Find the link**

TimeEdit, Canvas and similar have a "Subscribe" or "Export" in the timetable. Copy the iCal or ICS link from there.

**2. Add it in StudentHub**

Open the calendar, choose **Connect your timetable** and paste the link. Give it a name, for example "Timetable BI".

If it says the link contained no lectures, make sure it is an iCal link and not a sign-in page.

### Google Calendar and Classroom

**1. Open Google Calendar on a computer**

The link is not in the mobile app.

**2. Open Settings**

Pick the calendar in the list on the left.

**3. Copy the secret address**

Scroll down to "Secret address in iCal format" and copy the link.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Your school may have turned the secret address off. If it is not there, that is why.

## Apple Calendar

If you allow access, your Apple Calendar events show up here too. Without access, only your own study blocks are shown. You can grant access under **Settings** in StudentHub.

## Add an event or a study block

Tap **Add event** to plan a lecture or a study session. When you save an event to Apple Calendar you can pick an alert for it. Study blocks follow the reminder time you set under Notifications.

## Repeating events

When you delete an event that repeats, you choose between **Delete only this one** and **Delete all repeats**.
