Focus runs timed study sessions with breaks between them.

You can also set your own lengths under Focus settings.

Rounds and long breaks

After 4 rounds you get a long break of 20 minutes. Both numbers are yours to change. You can choose between 2 and 8 rounds before the long break. Turn on Auto-start next session if you want the next round to begin by itself.

While you study

Your session shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island on iPhones that support it. When a session ends you get a notification, if you have turned that on. Your focus hours add up under statistics.
